PRESENTATION COLLEGE 4th lesson;

Hello Ladiies[:

I'm really S-O-R-R-Y for be late with posting this 4th lesson,

it's probably because I need hours to post the lesson , but I was busy with school and stuff..

so.

The next thing is squashed text.

Dont forget to :

1. go to http://htmledit.squarefree.com/

2. Open http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colornames.asp

3. and into a text code add

letter-spacing: 0.0pt;

, it should be after font size !

e.g. ( you can use this code , if you dont still have yours, feel free to copy it)

4.copy this code and paste into HTMLeditor

Looks like this :

4. to make it squashed change the letter-spacing , I usually use -3.5 ^^

So it 's like :

It was -7.8 , to show you the difference :)

andd the extreme shadowing .. ^^

IMPORTANT : part about font-family : "Brandley Hand ITC" doesnt work.

4. This is very long code , something like a text code with a lots of shadows.

Explore alone about the code , but dont change

color: transparent; - it wouldnt be extreme anymore , but if you write a color , it will be nice but you'll lose the effect.

This code also include letter-spacing so you can practice now xD

and shadows , as we learnt.

you can add as much shadows as you want only add ; text-shadow....

I used : http://www.w3schools.com/tags/ref_colorpicker.asp?colorhex=1E90FF

but you can pick any other color :)

My current stardoll presentation contains extreme shadowing with letter-spacing ,

I hope you can make something similar now :)

Next week we'll learn how to make rounded corners border ^^.

It's very IN, and only a few members on stardoll have smt like that.

PRESENTATION COLLEGE 3rd lesson;

And.. it's time for another PRESENTATION COLLEGE lesson (:

Last week we learnt how to make shadows and borders ,

so now it's time for ... scroll boxes and rainbow effect ^^(:

FOLLOW the steps :

Scroll boxes:

1. go to http://htmledit.squarefree.com/

2. Open http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colornames.asp

3.Just paste the scroll code :

This scroll box is very simple , you can make it better :
4.Please dont change part before " width: 200px; height: 200px;" cause you can destroy all . :)
as I wrote dont change before width: 200px; height: 200px; but yyou can change
width: 200px; height: 200px;
perfect width for stardoll presentation is 550px it fit best ,
5. background-color : white ;
as we learnt you can change it , use
http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colornames.asp for color codes .
6. Dont change text-align cause i think center is best.
7.about padding : you can change 0 to any other number , if you like to .
Dont change margin :/
8.border: 2px dotted black
Do it as we did it last lesson .

RAINBOW EFFECT:
It's amazing , I adore it , but to do it you have to be very patient .

Everthing you need to change is :

you need shades of your color .

you 'll get the shades.

you can also but if you want , I dont like it at all , change :

line-height:1px

but it will lose the effect the it's bigger than 5 .

in my opinion 1 or 2px is Best (:

That's rainbow effect I've done for the club , I have no time to make new one for the Pres. college.

PRESENTATION COLLEGE 2nd lesson;

Hello (: As I said , this week we're going to learn how to make shadows and borders.

In my opinion it's really easy to make.

Follow the steps carefully:

SHADOWS :

1. open http://htmledit.squarefree.com

2.open http://w3schools.com/html/html_colornames.asp

paste text code , which I showed you last week .

put somewhere

text-shadow : 2px 5px 4px #000 ;

so numbers 2px 5px and 4px meanss.. xD

try it and explore :P

important : if you use letter-spacing : ______

you have to put shadows after letter-spacing !

BORDERS :

so , borders aree also easy to make .

just write :

border : double 5px #8A2BE2

I used it like an eg.

you have lots of types of borders so :

you can change DOUBLE to :

solid

dotted

dashed

groove

inset

outset

ridge

and double as I used.

in the first part of the page you can write your HTML code and in the white page it'll appear.

COPY this into textarea.

you can see the : span style:"color: #F0000 , that's letter color .

so on http://www.w3schools.com/html/html_colornames.asp you can pick your favourite color.

exapmle : #FF1493

if you remove " # " it will NOT work , but if you write :

... color : deeppink it'll be the same . It works only for colornames writen by the page :

font of your letters . CHoose from your MS Word (change Century Gothic to your choise)

Just change the number !

Dont change anything more about the CODE cause you can destroy all previous work.

background : #000000 means color of background so you can change it at the same way as you did with text.

DONT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT THE CODE for now.

put text and background together and you get simply presentation. that's not hard.

Lady Gaga Make-Up!

Hi!

I made a tutorial on Lady Gaga!

First lets come to the eyes :)

Apply black eyeliner, lengthening and thickening mascara around the whole eye!

Then apply two layers of blue eyeshadow (preferably dark) like this:

Now lets come to the lips.

Use some hot pink lipstick!

Use pink blush around the side of the cheeks!

Your done!

To make it exactly the same, take your favourite shoulder-lengthed curly hair, make it light blond, and add yellow-blond highlights at the tips!

~ The winner ~ is announced ^^

So, the winner of our SS competition is finally announced ^^
Princessbih is the one who had been lucky [ when I say that i really mean it because the final task was actually a lottery & all the finalists had to guess the 3 numbers I've imagined and wrote to my StarBlog] to win a SS membership for 2 weeks and to get 8O stardollars! :) Congratulations to all other girls too. ^^
meeer1998 & Pallie.25 will get 2 SS gifts from me , because they've guessed completely correctly 1 number :)
